How to get the ball out of the sand every time.
Forget the ball, instead play the sand.
To many players at all levels concentrate to much on the ball when they get in the sand, this kind of makes sense as you do this in 95% of the rest of your game, however I can make you more consistent with this one tip.
Don’t aim at the ball, basically forgets its even there, instead get the Island on the green. This means I want you to picture a circle of around 4 inches wide around the ball, the same size as a golf hole, then simply get the island on the green, if you do this the ball will magically keep popping out on the hollow turf.
